All information, artwork, text, video, audio, pictures, software, branding (including logos), and other intellectual property (collectively, “Materials”) contained on the Website are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. You may only access and use the Materials for personal or educational purposes, or as expressly provided for in these Terms.

All beat licenses (including but not limited to MP3, WAV, Trackouts/Stems, and Exclusive Licenses) purchased through the Service are subject to the specific terms detailed in the formal “License Agreement” associated with each respective product.
Publishing & Royalties (Exclusive Licenses): The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that even upon the purchase of an Exclusive License, the Producer (Prodbypl) shall permanently retain 50% (fifty percent) of the Writer’s Share and Publishing Rights of any resulting musical composition containing the instrumental, unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Sample Clearance: Prodbypl does not claim ownership of any uncleared third-party musical compositions or sound recordings (samples) that may be incorporated into certain beats. It is the sole and strict responsibility of the Licensee (the buyer) to clear any and all samples with the original copyright owners before releasing, distributing, or monetizing any composition purchased from this Website.
Infringement: If you believe any content on our Website infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately at contact@prodbypl.com. We will review all claims and, if necessary, remove the allegedly infringing content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and international copyright standards.
Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable audio files and software), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a transaction is completed and the files have been delivered.
If you experience any technical issues with your download or a premium service, please contact us immediately at contact@prodbypl.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue amicably.
Subscriptions: Premium services or recurring billings can be canceled at any time. In the event of cancellation, the period already paid for will not be reimbursed, but your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only. You shall not post, transmit, or attempt to distribute any material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, or that is harmful, threatening, or malicious. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, block IP addresses, and/or cancel orders at our sole discretion, without prior notification, if we detect fraudulent or abusive activity.

You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding digital commerce. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. Any legal proceedings or disputes related to the matters herein shall be brought and adjudicated solely in the state or federal courts located in São Paulo, Brazil.
